ATEA's journal, the Asia-Pacific Journal of Teacher Education has just been given an A+ rating in the draft ERA journal rankings.

The Australian Teacher Education Association has commissioned the Centre for the Study of Research Training and Impact (SORTI) at The University of Newcastle, New South Wales, to write a history of the Association since its inception. The ATEA Project Research team includes Dr Josephine May (project supervisor), Associate Professor Bob Bessant, Associate Professor Allyson Holbrook, and Mr Greg Preston. A draft of the monograph has been presented to the ATEA Executive and should be published shortly.
